    Apple Juice vs Apple Cider

    I have found a recipe for spiced cidar I'd like to try. The recipe calls for 2 quarts of apple cider...could I use apple juice instead? If so should I increase/decrease the amount of brown sugar it calls for? Thanks In Advance For Your Input!
