    Hard Candy Help

    What I'm going to do is take half of it and see if I can reheat it to the right temperature and see if it works. I'll let you all know.

    Hard Candy Help

    I made some peanut butter brittle that was supposed to be heated to 290 soft crack stage. However the sugar, water and corn syrup was only heated to about 250 hard ball stage. Is there any way to make the candy be a little bit harder?
