I have been hosting Thanksgiving every year since my Mother died over sixteen years ago...so, I am not new to roasting a turkey. :chef: But, last year's fiasco may have pushed my family and friends into never coming to my house again for Thanksgiving!! I usually roast two small turkeys...one...

I am having my family in for dinner and what I love about Easter...is that I can make a ham!! Not labor intensive...so we will have ham (can't decide on a glaze though--any suggestions??), kolbassi with sauerkraut, potato salad, fresh asparagus, pineapple casserole, yams with poppyseed roll...

Love spaghetti...any shape or form...love spaghetti!! Oh, yes..forgot... drained sauerkraut juice cold asparagus from the can ( I could forgo the liquid) These "tastes" still remain many years later !!:mrgreen:

I've prepared the spaghetti squash both ways, in the microwave and in the oven. I think the microwave is faster and easier. These recipes sound delicious!!

What about those no bake cookies...usually made with some peanut butter? or jello. I have a cute "recipe" that requires blue jello, a new fish bowl and candy fish. Jello could be made in the microwave and the possibilites are endless.
