Run an extension chord to your back porch and use your crock pot. I think I could eat the dinner we had tonight all summer long. Macaroni salad with albacore tuna and fresh fruit.

It's flippin' HOT here. Heat index around 110°. I made some macaroni salad with tuna this morning so we'll have that along with fresh tomatoes and cucumbers from the garden and a fruit bowl. Happy Birthday RL!

I made meatball subs with the rolls that I made this afternoon and the meatballs and sauce that were leftover from last nights dinner. We just had chips on the side. I sprinkled them with parsley so we could have something green :lol:

I used up all of the chicken tenders last night in the chicken parmesan but I still had some leftover sauce that I made from the tomatoes and herbs out of my garden so I made some more spaghetti and some meatballs
