I REALLY love brushetta and the one imparticular at Olive Garden. Does anyone know how to make it? I thought that I tasted Balsamic Vinegar in it.... but then when I tried making it today, it just didn't taste right. HELP! :smile:

will it dice tomatos? that seems to be the big problem that i have... being able to hold a tomato and cut at the same time..... nearly impossible! but i'll check them out:smile:

I need some help everyone! I am somewhat handicapped and it makes cooking/cutting/chopping very difficult. I can't use my right hand and am trying to find something that will make it easier. I have seen a couple products on the As Seen On TV page... and I found something on Target.com as well...

by cream do you mean heavy cream? or whipping cream? because that's all that I've been able to find. but I have been having problems getting the cheese to melt... is there a good way to get the cheese to fully melt? I've only made it a couple times so I'm still pretty new at this.
