Margot Howe

I retired from nursing after 45 years of service. Working ICU, ER, Neonatal ICU, Corrections, Psychiatry, I gained experience with each endeavor. Always, my go-to relaxation place was in the kitchen. Born and raised on a farm, it was natural to put-by food, try new recipes, and celebrate with family and friends. I raised two children. Each one is comfortable in the kitchen or grill and is quick to try out new things. One follows a mostly vegan lifestyle, the other is a carnivore like his mother. We celebrate with each other, and it always involves food. Nothing has changed there.
