I made today a bean salad with rice for tomorrow's lunch ... healthy
Rice: just boiled with some salt and vegetables broth.
Salad: kidney beans, white beans, chick peas, green pepper, chopped onions, lemon juice and cumin. :chef:
Not at all, I love my job but my current situation that I am supposed to leave to my husband makes me in a temporary state!!! So everything sucks for me :rolleyes:
