i am trying to find baking parchment that has printed circles on them to help make product for uniform....this was used a baking place in france....anyone seen anything like this here in the states or where i might get them in france??

hey....thanks for the reply......what i was thinking about was serving the cones with spoons in a some type of plexiglass holder with holes cut out that would fit the cones......worth a shot at any rate.....

hello once again and greets to the group.....i found a recipe for lemon meringue tart and the meringue bit is confusing...i first found the recipe on sbs.com.au but for whatever reason it is not here now....
the meringue part calls for 300g of pasterurised egg whites (from a carton) and 500g of...

thank for you posting....that is a screen shot from Neven Maguire-home chef (from RTE1 in ireland)...he was at gordon ramsays restaurant in london as he knows one of the chefs there and he was being shown how they do a tatin...i have seen it done in an oven proof (i would hope) frying pan...
this was used to make an apple tart tatin....what i would like to know is what the diameter is at the top of the pan AND the bottom of the pan AND how deep it is.....
i like the idea of tatin in a pot :chef:

recently i got my hands on a used kitchen aid mixer (model number KSM4PSAC) and with the holidays around the corner, it is clear that a 2nd mixing bowl would be ideal but the price of new ones puts me off....do any of you good folks know of a place or places to...

i am trying to get my hands on a 15inch/6cm springform pan and my on line search so far has been zero, at least here in the states....is this an odd size...i find 10 inch and bigger but it seems like there is a gap in the "mid range sizes"
do any of you good...

and are able to go from the hob (such as flambe ) to the oven
i have yet to see these pans in the states
