Thanks for the advice! I think I was more worried that it had been in the fridge since Monday and would not get cooked until tomorrow. I am usually a huge stickler about poultry, also. Mostly, I am grateful to have discovered this message board today!

The temp outside got a little higher, but the car was in the shade all the time and it was pretty cool inside. I am so darned mad at myself! I can't afford to go buy another for tomorrow. :mad:
