My whole family is mad about cooking! I love reading everything about cookery. Mom had a cafe in the 80's with handmade foods (potato leek soup, cheesecakes, etc)! We lived in California and she would take us to various places to experience authentic "danish" pastries, etc. I hope to meet and share with other cooks, hear their histories, ideas, discoveries,triumphs, disasters, and everything in between!
