Thanks--I wasn't sure about how to freeze them. :) But about the ones I keep out of the freezer--sometimes by the next day they are moist on top or slightly stickyish, even though the container I've put them in isn't airtight. What do you put your muffins in if you are just trying to keep...

I know bananas can freeze--is it better to just leave them as they are and stick them in the freezer or take them out of the peels and put them in a ziploc? I've heard it both ways--what do you think? And I know a lot of berries freeze well--I think I read that you are supposed to spread them...
