Broker and agent for farms, timberland, large acreage in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. Own 55 acres in Floyd County, Virginia. Married and we have two very active dogs (pound dogs), one of the mutts had exactly 24 hours before...well, you know. We have a great big creek for them to play in, and lots of hills for the humans to walk and stay healthy! We live in one of the most beautiful spots in the world. It seems a bit strange for me to be a member of a cooking site since I'm really not all that crazy about cooking itself; however, after eating at restaurants a good portion of the time, I realized that my health was being affected by it. So, I decided I needed to learn how to cook well enough to keep me at home! So, here I am!
