I have an 8" SS All-Clad pan and people say to heat it up and then put the oil in then the egg. However SOMETIMES it won't stick but more times than not it STICKS! Please help!
Yeah I checked there and the Emerilware 10" fry pan is out of stock just like the other places. I opted for an All-Clad 10" fry pan nonstick LTD. I should be receiving it sometime this week.

I want to pick up one of Emerilware's 10" nonstick made by All-Clad pan. Everywhere online that I've been to is sold out. Amazon, sold out, cooking.com, sold out. Are there any other reliable shops out there that have this pan in stock?
If you don't have a potato button you can just poke a bunch of holes in the potato and put it in on high for about ten minutes. Mines comes out perfect. I slap the butter on it, sour cream, and I'm good.
