Asia cooking school ideas anybody?
I've begun seriously thinking about a 2 or 3 week cooking holiday in Asia in a couple months. I haven't decided anything, but I like the idea of mixing and matching different schools and teachers in a few places.
I want to see if a school in Taipei can design...
Well, I'm late to the party, but did you think of Asian Desserts? Things like sesame dumplings or sweet potato would avoid the red list. They're good for cold winter nights, also!
