    What is white flour?

    I just finished reading Crabapple Bakery Cupcake book, written by an Austrailian baker, and it in any "white flour" is presumed to be cake flour. If you are looking for a lighter outcome, perhaps give the recipe a try with cake flour. Good luck! :chef:
