    ENGLAND - WALES .. From or Familiar with Wales?

    :chris:Aberystwyth area has a lot of good restaurants etc,the Harbour Master in Aberaeron is well recommended.

    Hello

    Hi there,just found D.C.and it's great.I'm not a professional chef but have enjoyed cooking for about 40 years(give or take).I'll be on here when I get the chance and hopefully chat to some of you.I'm a veggie but read meat recipes cos most can be adapted.
