    Hot Wing Dip

KEEPER Jeepers, Creepers - Thanks for all the keepers! :) I made this dip (halved the recipe) for a cookout yesteday and let me tell you, it really is amazing. I did use freshly baked chicken instead of canned and I agree that's it a better option. Canned chicken always reminds me of tuna. I...

    Spaghetti

YUMMY This really does sound like an amazing sauce recipe. I've tried so many commercial and homemade sauces over the years. The best commercial sauce I have found is Hunts. I've made some of the recipes suggested by Rachael Ray, Paula Deen, Emeril, and others and they are just not that great...

    Who seen Tyler's Ultimate Lasagna

Lasagna I didn't catch the lasagna episode but I do like Tyler and his show. I just had lasagna at Olive Garden yesterday. It was just so-so. For an Italian restaurant, they don't have the best sauce. I have found local places that have much more to offer than national chains. I actually prefer...

    Fishy Sausages

Fish Sausage I am sure that you can use sausage casings to contain the product however I don't think fish sausage would keep for too long. This was the only recipe that I found of its type but I am sure that a good search engine (google, lycos, etc.) may have more recipes and more ideas.

    Mexican Casserole

ROTEL Yes, Rotel is a brand name. I am sure that any kind of tomato (diced or stewed or whatever) would substitute well in this dish. The Rotel product that I had was pretty spicy but again you can doctor up your own product if need be. This was a good casserole ... very filling.

    Upside Down German Chocolate Cake

Alix, I have made this a few times and it was great. I'd recommend trying it again because it really is a good recipe. Was it that you didn't like the taste or did it not come out as directed?

Looking for any and all Splenda/low-carb desserts

Dina, also consider looking at the websites of other sugar substitutes like Equal and Sweet-N-Low. They should be interchangeable.

How do I cook prime rib/roast beef?

By saying the doneness is different in the middle of the roast, was he by chance cooking over a (pardon my spelling) rotisserie?

    Breakfast Casserole

How Funny... I just accessed this topic thinking maybe, just maybe, I would find a breakfast casserole recipe. This is very ironic that it was the first recipe when I opened up the category. This is a Twilight Zone kind of thing!
