To be a little bit off-topic.. I know people who love and sware by peanut butter and butter sandwiches.
Now that... would be a little harder to incorperate into a healthy diet. :p
Peanut butter is very, very healthy.
And there are ways to make basically anything diet-friendly. :smile:
Try:
2 slices of whole wheat bread
2 Tbs. of Smuckers natural peanut butter
2 Tbs. of Smuckers sugar-free jam
=350 calories, 17g fat (2g saturated), 6g fibre, 11g protein.
