Thank you for the help, But what I'm looking for is not a spring form. I'd like it to have a hole in the middle, sort of like a donut. But the cookie thickness to be only about 1/2 cm or 1/5 inch

Does anyone know if it's possible to get a mold, in which you can make a ring diameter approx 7 cm about 1/2 cm thick and 5 cm wide
