Hello all you foodies, Looking forward to getting into all sorts of cool cooking and foodular conversations. I'm a keen cook, who shuns recipes - because my brain doesn't work like - and so loves to experiment and learn the feel of a dish rather than learn the instructions.

He's a really good cook - but I'm glad he's dropped all that "Look at me on my scooter, I'm really popular me being a top chef and I've got a basketball hoop in me house!" stuff.
I don't think I've ever seen Gordon Ramsay cook.
I mean I've head him swear a lot and go on about cooking but I've never seen him cook.
If he was really all that passionate about cooking then I'd expect him to take more opportunity to actually do it.
And he spends too much time running down...
