Use a sage & butter for a sauce with pumpkin ravioli or spinach & ricotta.In a pan melt the butter until foaming throw in the sage-if you rub it between your fingers it will release more flavour, touch of lemon juice then pour over the ravioli.

I use an 8" or 10" Gustav Emil Ern Wavy Edge Cooks Knife. Be careful it's really sharp. It has a bite so easily slices tomatoes but can be used for meat & fish work. Brunoise of vegetables is a joy with this blade. Multi purpose and easy to use.
Also yields will be down due to dry winter and spring. It won’t be just the bread that goes up in price. Feed wheat for livestock will go up and consequently meat prices will rise.
