Lemon Pepper thighs, risotto, & spinach/greens salad

Thanks, guys...I was pleased, my first time making lemon-pepper chicken at home, believe it or not, and it did taste very good - my son had a late evening snack of another thigh and also took one to school as a part of his lunch, so clearly he was happy. :) No credit to me for the seasoning...

Doing the unthinkable (for me at least)...

Lived there for a year...Seattle is the most beautiful city in the world for several months a year...but unfortunately there were a few to many months when it was a mite bit cold/dark/wet for me. :) Welcome to the SoCal 365 days a year outdoor lifestyle. :) You're gonna need to get a...

    Tandoori Chicken

No problem...just trying to share back a little of all the stuff I've learned reading here. If you can find the Tandoori seasoning packages at a local store (like I said, the brand I used was "Shan" - it makes it pretty easy. It won't quite match what you get from a true tandoori oven, but it...

    Tandoori Chicken

Thanks for the comments. It was pretty easy to make - we used a package from a company called Shan for the Tandoori spice, recommended by some Indian friends of ours for "quick and easy" Tandoori. We love home made tzatziki sauce (juice from home-grow meyer's lemons & fresh mint in it=yummy!).
