Ok so I'm doing a simple curry tonight with sharwoods korma sauce (I like hotter but my family don't like anything past mild). I opened the jar to test it and the sauce tastes dead, just really sweet coconut flavour with no life in it.
I want to know if theres any fresh ingredients I can...
I have this recipe for chocolate souffle which requires 50-55% cocoa chocolate. All I could find was 70% chocolate. How can I make the chocolate 55% cocoa? Can I mix it with something? Maybe even water? Or should I just use it as it is or would it make the recipe too 'cocoay?'

It's coming up to weekly shopping time again and I'm bored of ordering the same old ingredients to cook the same old things. I love cooking but I'm stuck in a bit of a rut. The things I always cook are:
