    Did anyone eat breakfast today?

I had a great breakfast today. A cup of Teavana Copper Knot Hongcha, and a Spicy Tuna wrap from Soy Cafe in Philly. "Spicy Tuna - Solid white albacore tuna, spicy hummus, fresh peach or apple, spring mix, caviar, sesame"

    Did anyone eat breakfast today?

I'm with you there. My favorite way to have eggs is poached, so I get the yolk as a kind of sauce to put on the rest of my breakfast.

    Bamboo Steamer Alternative?

I bought an electric steamer a while back, and don't miss my bamboo steamer at all. It has 2 chambers, so you can do rice and dumplings at the same time. I don't have a link on me, but it was only like $30 at Home Depot or Loews.

    Simply Pears TNT

Oooh, Wegmans. I moved in to an apartment about 4 years ago just because it was a mile from the only local Wegmans. I had to move out when I bought my house, but I still haven't healed yet. Now the closest Wegmans is 45 minutes away. I miss my Wegmans :(

    Simply Pears TNT

I'm not sure about Florida, but in Pennsylvania and Delaware you can't buy real sherry at the grocery store. You've got to pick it up at the liquor store instead since it's a fortified wine.

    Did anyone eat breakfast today?

This morning I had an onion bagel with tomato and whitefish salad. It was ok - the whitefish salad was kinda "meh" though. Definitely not the best I've had.

    Greetings!

I would actually *love* to make a living making and selling cheeses. I also make jams and some other things that keep reasonably well and I think would sell pretty well, but I did look in to what would be required if I wanted to start selling these things (probably on the internet or in local...

    Greetings!

Thanks! Well.. the mozzarella was ok - not great, not terrible, just ok. I know what I did wrong though, so it should be better next time. It wound up being great melted though, so I tossed it on a pizza and it worked out pretty well. The feta is perfect - couldn't possibly be better, and both...

If you can only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Beef Pho. I'm not sure I could say that I'd be "happy" eating it for the rest of my life, but I'd certainly be satisfied. It just never gets old. I could use a bowl right now, as a matter of fact.

How to make homemade tomato sauce?

This is going to sound crazy, but I found a great tomato sauce recipe a few weeks ago online somewhere - I forget where off the top of my head, but boy did it turn out great. The only ingredients were 1x 28oz can of tomatos (I usually get the $5 a can Italian ones), 5T of butter, and a half a...

    Good Bye Mario

Almost everything on Food network has always seemed very.... I don't know, contrived, to me. Most of my favorite cooking shows (aside from the original Iron Chef - forget this ICA junk) are on PBS. Lydia's Italy/Family Table, and anything with Jacques Pepin in particular.

    Greetings!

Hi! My name is Ross, and I'm from Wilmington, Delaware. I enjoy cooking a great deal - particularly learning new things. I just made my first cheeses this past weekend (Mozzarella, Feta, Ricotta and a goat milk Ricotta), and am excited to learn from and contribute to the community. Thanks to...
