The only way to grill a turkey Use a turkey cannon! It's this product by Camp Chef, where you put the bird on the tube filled with a beverage of choice and it cooks the bird inside and out. Comes out moist and tons of flavor. They are inexpensive and easy to use. LINK REMOVED Road Cooker
