I am a disabled milvet enjoying his retired from the workforce life. I've been stumbling through the world of cooking for a long time, and still consider myself a 'seeker'. I don't burn water, or any such thing as those on TV have done. I don't always have it all in place before I grab the pan, but I've not yet scrubbed a meal. I'm not really big on cooking Continental, but 'on the open range north of the border', or the brauhaus cuisine fits. I use stainless or cast iron skillets to get what I need done on the rangetop. I'm not a baker, I tried. Knives? Sure, I got them. Both that big sheepsfoot one, and a German cook knife. What's that you say? A guy-o-two? Is that a new car or something? A petty? No wall smearing spackling here! San-to-koo? Oh yeah, that's next door to Kan-Tuck-ee.

Oh well, gotta go!

I'm retired. Everything I did for pay, is now a hobby.
