Thanks! Been busy being a disgruntled homeowner... cuts into my gardening time :rofl: But for the most part, doing great! Hope all here have been doing good too!

I have been enjoying the open windows too! It's been getting down in the 50's here in KS at night, and mid 80's during the day. A nice little break on the electric bill! :smile:

so far, I fried polenta rounds with powdered sugar and syrup for breakfast. Need to go put chicken in the crockpot for either chicken enchiladas or tacos this evening... Wishing everyone a great day!
