Thank you Kathleen. I love cooking 'pasta' and 'rice' meals, and especially love the hot n spicey dishes. Love experimenting with barbeque recipes as I enjoy entertaining at my home and if I'm not doing that I'm usually cooking for a large number of youth, hence why I love the barbeque...
