    Cost efficient appetizers- PLEASE HELP??

Amazing how versatile a block of cream cheese is...or even the whipped cream cheese in a pretty bowl. You can top it with all kinds of things. For a summer BBQ I like to use a pineapple or mango salsa on top of it with corn chips.

    Cost efficient appetizers- PLEASE HELP??

Then place a piece of gorganzola cheese in the center and wrap...

I am trying to decide on an easy dessert that can use some of the wonderful strawberries showing up at the farmers' markets. I am considering doing an icebox cake using angelfood cake torn into bite sized pieces and then tossed with a mixture of cut up strawberries, gelatin, whipped cream...

I also let my subscription expire because I am obsessive about cutting out recipes that end up in "to try" piles, that migrate to manila folders, that end up yellowing with age! There must be a 12...

I have about 20 baby artichokes. I have only worked with large artichokes that I have stuffed. Any suggestions for these "little babies??"

    Cost efficient appetizers- PLEASE HELP??

Hummus mixed with Italian Olive Salad (easy and cost efficient!) I will purchase a container of hummus (either from a specialty shop like Trader Joe's or at a middle-eastern store) then fold in about 1/4 c of an Italian Olive Salad. Chill and serve with fresh vegetables...carrots, celery...

Greetings from Playa del Rey, CA

I "googled in" to this site while searching for some tips on adding prosciutto to a penne ala vodka sauce. (the question...to add it when gentling sauteing the onions, or toward the end since it is such a delicate meat?) I enjoyed browsing through your various threads and decided to register and...
