    Basically it is tomato sauce with a few spices and a little rendered meat fat. Meat will be strained out before the trip.

    What is the best way to preserve spaghetti sauce? I usually freeze it but I am taking some on a two day road trip to visit my daughter. What is the best way to keep it from spoiling in transit? Thank you
