    My current recipe won't rise! I'm using the same recipe my Mom used, the same method ( yes I'm preheating the drippings) I'm using muffin tins. My yoskshire tasts great but they are are very similar to hockey pucks.:ohmy: Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Steve:smile:

    No... The recipe is,,,1 cp flour,1cp milk, 1/4 tsp salt , 2eggs. preheat muffin pan to 425, add batter, bake for 30 min. Pretty basic stuf I would think. I considered some type of lifting assistance but I didn't knoww which one, soda or powder. And how much? thanks for the tips; Steve

    Thanks, it's great to be able to be at home for my boy... I'll be patient, my Mom used to have them rise right out of the pan by 2 to 3 inches with a large hole in the center for gravy. Steve
