A recipe I’m using from a baking cookbook calls for 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour and says that this is equivalent to 5.7 oz or 161 g. I weighed 161g of the all-purpose flour but it only came out to 1 cup. Anyone have any wisdom on this? Is 161g of all-purpose flour 1 cup or 1 and 1 1/3 cups...
