Hi, I'm Terry, I haven't cooked in ages.....want to get back to it..... My ossco bucco fell apart, no problem, but Horrors, I found some small bones in it... ( I'll never buy small ones again) By the time I took out every little ( chokable) bone It turned into an unappetizing stew.... I'm soooo...
