    Cheap butcher cuts

    Organ Meats Seems no one wants the inside of the animal. We eat muscle meats (except the tail or neck). I love the liver. My wife used to hate it. I found one recipe and modified it for my use. I cut the liver into bite-sized pieces first and dredge in flour. Dice and sautee the onions...
