I'm a throwback to a time when homemaking ruled. From penny pinching, to canning, preserving, dehydrating, freezing and using a slow cooker, I love to find ways to make great meals at a reasonable price.
A "former" vegetarian, I'm back on meat, and love to grill, and while I enjoy meat now and then, I'm a personal chef to a few clients who have dietary restrictions (gluten free, vegan, vegetarian).
