Grad High School June 1983
Joined Marine Corps July 1983
Went in guaranteed Food Service, in schooling, I was asked if I wanted a primary MoS as a Baker, so I went to more schooling and am a Certified Baker. I was in the Corps for just over 13 years, and got out as E-6,. In that time I was a Baker, Cook, Combat Baker/Cook, Food Service Specialest. I got out of the Corps in 96, and joined the DOJ, FBOP, and am a Cook Supervisor for the Federal Prisons. Yes I teach and supervice inmates in the Federal Prisons. I have been to more countries than most people can name, and love food from all over the world. (seafood in Hong-Kong has to be the best ever). My comfort foods have to be from my childhood, and would be anything from Penn Dutch/Amish, as I'm from the Harrisburg Pa. Area.
