Thank you Kayelle. That recipe looks great. My personal favorite egg recipe is soy sauce marinated eggs. I love the texture and that salty soy flavor.

I know for sure there'll be leftover homemade chicken noodle soup the wife made. To go with that i'm debating between a nice rib eye steak with seasoned potatoes or chicken, broccoli and baby corn stir fry with steamed rice. Any suggestions!?

First time poster here. Just had chicken fried rice last night. Nothing special, was simple and easy for a lazy night.
