    Ice Cream that Can Be Frozen

    Freezing homemade ice creal The addition of a small amount of xantham gum, say between 1/4 and a 1/2 teaspoon will keep it from making ice crystals and becoming like an ice cube in you freezer. Adding some brown sugar to you custard might also help
