    RUM1, you're absolutely right. Each bottle is serial numbered and only available locally. Didn't even think about that. Appleton estate (Jamaican) also does a 21 year old rum that is good, but again, only a limited number per year and only available (I think) locally.

    We have a similar problem with a fish caught and cooked locally and the way we get around it (granted it is no longer 'seared' fish) by seasoning it first then breading it.

    I've replanted cut rosemary from the supermarket, and it caught and grew (barely tho). I would imagine that basil would grow without too much effort at all.

    What is/are your favourite fish?

    Mahi Mahi or Barracuda... Dusted with a pinch of salt, slight cumin and paprika and a bit of black pepper. Pan seared in smoking hot oil and served with a wedge of fresh lemon and chopped cilantro. :w00t2: mmmmm!!!!

    Ain't enough money in the world to get me to eat shark's fin soup. Anyone who treats an animal that way should have their hands and feet removed and thrown into the ocean as well. :censored:
