    Hi, new here, looking forward to posting and reading! :chef:I've had a carbon steel wok like the round bottom one pictured in post #16 for 30 years! I'm completely in love with it and use it at least twice a week. I've never done anything special to it and even if it's occasionally a bit rusty...
