    My husband is from Bosnia and they call it Pita there. But it is not made with rice. They make their own dough which is incredibly hard for me so I just use phyllo dough. The recipe he has includes butter to keep the layers moist, heavy cream, spinach, salt and pepper to taste and feta cheese...
