Cook the chicken at 350 for 30 minutes then add the other dish and cook for 20minutes. You will loose about 15-20 degrees when you open the oven door. I hope this works for you.

I can relate to that. I worked 23 years as a Nurse in a State Hospital for the mentally ill. I hate to see that building even almost 10 years since I retired. Lots of horrible things went on there that I saw first hand. It is now closed and I wish they would hurry up and tear it down. I suffer...

Do you have a phillipino version of Chopchae.My asian friends have made me several versions but a phillipino lady that I don't see anymore made the best. It was better than the korean version and had chicken and shrmp in it instead of beef. I love all the versions but hers was the best.
