    Pasta/seafood recipe wanted

    You're right...it was a vodka sauce. I began gathering recipes and ingredients to make some last night. It turned out great. . but I cheated. I was getting stuff together & found Bertollini's Vodka sauce. I did some shrimp, scallops, mussels, etc on a bed of pasta. Yummy!

    We had a great dish in an Italian restaurant in Brooksville, FL. It was clams, shrimp, scallops on a bed of pasta with a creamy red sauce (looked kinda like tomato soup, but wasn't. Anyone have any ideas?

    Get the pan HOT before hand. That should solve your problem...and some Pam won't hurt.

    Cornbread Supreme

    My fritters have more corn than my hush puppies...but that's just me. I use a small can of creamed corn in my hush puppies (and a little onion & bell pepper, very finely chopped). If I make fritters, I use way more corn, no onion or pepper.

    Yep been to Daytona a couple of times. About a 7 hour ride from here. Was really an awesome event. Not what you see on TV. Bikes every, some great shows. Everybody VERY polite. Saw one fight & that was a Husband & Wife!
