Just a few of the dishes we have cooked.

Now this is a great post at a great time, I have a friend in from the Netherlands (who happens to be a chef) now also. Has has cooked a few very special dinners for us the past few nights and Sat is my turn. He has been all over the world cooking so this gets harder to make something special...

I use my chocolate sauce every morning in my coffee (hmmm I am drinking it now)...... I just started doing this in March when I came home from the Netherlands.

Not sure yet; However, I am sure it will have pork as the meat because I still have this whole pig to use up.

I just made a bowtie pasta dish for the kids that was ok. it was bacon and Chicken in a cheese sauce. Since I got this pig, I think I am putting pork in everything :)

If you are into food like I am sure most of the people here are, I would really look at her as a fiance'. that is like one of the golden rules... you must agree on Faith, Finance and Food... :) Work on that before the big day :)

Tuna Steak, I love it and the kids don't mind; however, Brandi thinks this is gross. She still thinks of the can when I say Tuna..... The good news is that everyone that i make it for loves it, so if we have any guest I can get away with it :)

Well I have to say that I think I am going to like it around here. If anyone is in the West Michigan Area I always love to cook. Summer will be here soon and the pool will be open... That mean dinner will be on us if anyone is around.

We are about to do the Kitchen, and as a cook you can tell this is killing me but I have to do it.... can you say here comes the SS counter tops that I have wanted forever.

I just got here also and I love it so far... I truly wish I could follow my heart to culinary arts school; however, I would have a hard time trying to keep the house :( Good luck with school and stick with your dream.
