Hi everyone, Just tried the recipe with sake and it was fine. I was a bit disappointed with the recipe but I'm sure that was more to do with my cooking skills rather than using sake in stead of rice wine! Many thanks for all your help with this. Cheers JB

Hi everyone, Here's the recipe I was able to get into town last night and picked up a bottle of sake - Gekkeikan Sake. I'm planning to try the recipe later today so I'll let you all know how I get on with the sake. Thanks for all the replies again JB
