    ISO Taiwanese flat bread

    Does anyone have the recipe for the Taiwanese flat bread I used to eat with my Korean BBQ in Taipei? I think it might be unleavened, but has a pocket like Pita bread. At the time I was stationed there, I was not into cooking, but simply into eating!!! :pig:

    Greetings from Oklahoma

    Just joined today. Am an old codger and got into baking about 4 months ago. Mainly sourdoughs and baguettes, but some whole wheat and rye, also. Just tried the no knead method last week and have another in my dutch oven in the stove right now.
