    What's your favorite blade steel?

    Grade 440A high carbon surgical stainless steel. That's the best steel availlable for kitchen knives. Cutco uses them. I'm not a huge steel expert but I do know that much lol. I hope I answered your question. -Guerda butterfly_tears06@yahoo.com

    :smile: I'm actually a sales representative for cutco (Vector marketing). If you have cutco, I'd love some feed back. My mom uses my knives too lol. She's affraid of them because she's always getting cut lol but she's addicted. -Guerda
