    Yes, I did see some borsch recipes there with corn...I've never thought of putting corn in and I've also heard that most people don't put garlic in either.

    My favorite thing to cook? That would be Russian Borsch...well, my version of it. I use beef short ribs, beets, carrots, potatoes, cabbage, tomato paste and lemon juice.
