    Substitute for nonfat dry milk powder

    I am trying a new recipe that calls for only 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder and the smallest box I can find in the store is humongous and cost $4.95. Is there a substitute? I am making whole wheat biscuits that also have potato flakes in the ingredients... Thanks.
