any time I bread with Panko I pre-toast the crumbs - it gives the meat a nice "fried" flavor but skips the deep-frying.

Mine is a Cuisinart.....it does the job. If price is an issue, a V-slicer is much cheaper, but will do a similar job.

-Baby Back ribs from the oven It is so cold in Orlando today, I figured it was a good day to have the oven on for long periods of time. -Skillet Roasted potatoes -corn (off the cob) and some jello for dessert :)

Hey all, I am new here :) My name is Brad, I live in Orlando, FL. I try to cook dinner 5'ish times a week, as I try to eat fairly healthy (or at least more healthy than restaurants choose to be) I like to cook a lot of seafood, but also like enhanced comfort foods.
